How do you keep your fitness resolution? - It's a GiveAway time!

  • Hello friends, 

It's the end of January, and I guess, if you need some extra boost or motivation to keep your fitness resolution, this will be a great present for you.

I teamed up with @dymatize and ever since I tried their Protein Powder, in this case, ISO100, I am addicted lol. My favorite flavor is "Birthday Cake". It has only 1g. of carbs, believe or not, and it tastes good. Since I worked out today, I mixed it with some frozen fruits (berries) and a little bit of oat milk, mixed it with this protein powder and OMG, tastes so good!
